Yoga & pilates can be some of the best exercise options for seniors. It is designed to work within your own limitations (injuries, mobility issues or chronic illness). Combining the breath, the mind and the body it can help you live a longer, healthier and certainly a happier life. Here are the classes that we recommend:

At zen warrior studio, one of our main focus is to provide help to the people that need it the most. Come in and talk to us, we work very closely with physios and chiropractors, to insure we provide the best yoga for your body. Here are the classes that we recommend:

Feeling stressed? Experience tiredness regularly? Do you suffer from depression? Or just looking for a effective way of relaxation? Yoga can help you. The asanas (yoga poses) will help release the tension within your body and pranayama (breathing techniques) will help release the tension within your mind. Here are the classes that we recommend:
